Samantha LaScala received her BFA in Theatre Production/Design at Montclair

State University in Costumes, Hair/Wigs, and Makeup. She assisted on MSU’s productions

of 42nd Street, Clybourne Park, Three-Penny Opera, Hair and Pride and Prejudice. Was

Costume Associate for MSU’s Continuo and The Producers, Hair and Makeup Designer

for The Winter’s Tale and Aida. And most recently Costume Designer for West Side

Story. Outside of MSU, she was the Wardrobe Mistress for The Tempest, The Devil’s

Disciple, and Exit the King (Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey). Other outside work

was Hair and Makeup Designer for The Silent Woman (OPT Summerfest). Off-Broadway

as Assistant Costume Designer for Your Name On My Lips (Theater for the New City) as

well as Costume Designer for Titles are Hard (Thespis Festival). She was also nominated

to be the National Representative of the 2017 KCACTF Region II Allied Design and

Technology for her Hair and Makeup Design of Aida.
